Terms of Service

  1. The use of our website and placing an order with us are subject to the following terms and conditions set out in the following policies:

  1. Use of our website is for those over 18 year old or supervised by a parent/guardian and capable of entering into binding agreements.
  2. We do our best to make sure our product descriptions, images and prices are accurate but please note:
  • Colour shades can vary slightly due to various reasons: lighting, brightness of the device, etc.
  • Textures and quality are limited online so please consider this when shopping online.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed until payment is processed and received.
  • Scale of the print on photos is limited.

We strive to give you the best idea of the fabric online but we cannot be held liable for minor variations that are natural limitations of digital representation.

  1. When fabric is cut by the metre or a requested cut you agree that it is non-returnable and non-refundable as it has been cut specifically as per your requested. This applies to online orders, WhatsApp orders, email orders or in-store orders. Custom goods cannot be returned as once it is cut for you, it cannot be resold therefore we cannot offer returns, refund or exchanges unless the product is defective.
  2. Due to our large variety of items, we cannot have all our items on our website. If you do not see what you are looking for, please contact us for assistance.
  3. In the event that one or more items you have ordered are out of stock:
  • We will notify you promptly
  • If we have a delivery on its way and you are willing to wait, we will continue with the order but the delivery time will be delayed. If you are unable to wait, we will refund you for the item that is temporarily out of stock.
  • If we are not receiving more in stock, we can:
    • Replace the item with an alternative.
    • Cancel the order and you will receive a full refund.

Refunds will require certain documentation in order to be processed.

  1. We request that you make payments via EFT into our bank account. Orders will only be processed once payment is reflecting in our bank account.

If a customer cancels the order voluntarily before it is shipped, we reserve the right to deduct payment fees involved in the refund from the amount due to the customer to recover non-refundable costs charged to us to do the refund.

  1. All orders must be paid in full before being processed. A confirmation email will be sent to you once payment is received.
  2. In-store collections must be done within 7 days once the order is ready, unless otherwise arranged with us via email on enquiries@wastecentre.co.za. Orders not collected within 7 days without prior communication will face additional charges.
  3. All content on our website is owned by Waste Centre Fabrics and may not be copied or reproduced without permission, including images, texts, logos and designs.
  4. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, delays caused by couriers or inventory inaccuracies and/or incorrect information provided by the customer.
  5. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time and changes will be included on our website.
