Refund Policy
Our Refunds and Returns Policy outline conditions which returns, exchanges and refunds may be considered.
Please email us on enquiries@wastecentre.co.za within 7 days of purchase or delivery with:
- Your order number
- A detailed explanation
- Proof of receipt or order confirmation
- Photos
Returns or refunds sent without prior communication will not be processed. Please note items must be unused and in its original packaging when returned for a refund or exchange.
Please note the following:
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately the following items cannot be returned due to the nature of the product:
- All fabrics, trimmings or other items sold per metre or cut to order
- Sales items
- Custom orders
- Dress patterns
- Bra cups
- Corsets
- Fabrics that have been cut and made into garments. Returns need to be made prior to cutting or manufacturing
This is in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act due to customisation, hygiene or product integrity.
FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We will exchange or refund faulty or defective products but these does not apply to:
- Misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Failure to follow care instructions
Please inform us as soon as you discover that the item is faulty or defective.
RETURNS PROCESS AND SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return courier costs.
We will assess the return, exchange or refund and make a final decision regarding the return based on the above circumstances. By purchasing from Waste Centre Fabrics, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
